In an Italian home, the table is never quite full. Someone pulls over another chair, a plate finds its way to the middle, and the evening takes as long as it needs.
That is the feeling we wanted to bring to Blackpool: honest Italian cooking, familiar recipes and the kind of welcome that makes a meal feel like a small occasion.
